  1. Once upon a time in this Parish of Culdaff a man named Neil Farren. On a Monday morning forty years ago he was going to Carn with a cow. It was a holiday and the priest had no clerk and Neil Farren was the nearest boy in the Parish who could serve Mass.
    But this day he could not go. The Priest sent a messenger but he told the messenger he could not go
