    The woman then called out, "go over and open that rock that is up in Larahirl hill." So the man went over to the rock and struck it once. When he was bending down to strick it again he was left powerless. He never could tell whether the rock opened or not.

  2. Long ago: there was a well in James Wilkey's field which "would cure people." There came a great lot of invalids to get cured. They would leave a stone at the well for every cure.
    One day the Landlord "seen" a lot of stones at the well and he said to James Wilkey "what 'is' these sones
