  1. In the Ballymacarthur hill there is a big rock called the Marwoman Rock. It got its name because about 60 years ago there was a woman who went about the country. Every night she came to sleep at this rock. She frequented this for a long time. At last she died and her body was found under the rock one cold morning. They people of that neighbourhood are afraid of he ghost.
