  1. During the Land League quite a lot of families were evicted from their homes because they weren't able to pay the heavy rents.
    In my locality an eviction took place in Roosky.
    The house belonged to a woman Called Hannah Farren. When the soldiers came they pulled out the table and chairs and all the furniture and and left them on the street.
    Hannah Farren ( got) lived with a neighbour Dan McLaughlin then After a while there came a fever. Most of the people took the fever as it was infectious.
    All the people were lying except Hannah After a while Hannah took the fever too. A man living in Whitecastle who had something to do with the Land League told Hannah to pull the steeple When she did so the people put in the furniture
