    About one hundred and twenty years ago there was a boy hired to a man in Ennisoneill in the parish of Clonamry, who was called John Devlin.

    started to laugh and she said she was the white rabbit. She then laid a spell on him and made him her slave. Some weeks after that she lost her wand, and the boy found it and he was released from the spell. He turned the witch into a hideous flying creature and that was the last he saw of her.
