    The Linnet: She builds her nest in any suitable place of out feathers and moss. Her eyes are grey.
    The Robin: She builds her nest in a whin bush out of feathers and fog. Her eggs are blue. It is said that the robin was there when our Lord was crucified. She tried to pick the thorns from our Lord's head and the blood went on her breast so that is why the robin as a red patch on her breast.
