  1. There was a woman one time and her name was Nancy McGrory she lived in Greenhills. She had great lungs. It is said that if she let a shout that she could be heard twelve miles away. One time she lost three calves ad her three sons were out looking for them and they went away down to Carn.When they were going up Carn mountain that is six miles away she went out to the street. She called "Come home gasurs I got the calves" and the men turned and came home.
