  1. When I was a little girl I never wore boots, in fact I was a woman big before ever I had a shoe on my foot. I mind well the first shoes were to go to a cousin's wedding.
    I was quite proud of them, and I can see to this day the large nails and strong iron tips they had.
    I wore them on the outgoing Sunday of my friend, and after they had done duty on this occasion I cleaned them
