  1. There is many Fairy Forts in this parish and one is on the top of the bray very near to the Illies school there is one and it is known as Ardadomsa.
    Long ago my Grandfather often saw the wee folk dance before sun-rise.
    In the field convenient to the fort there is a rock, and if anyone interferes with it even yet some misfortune befalls his cattle. At any time when he tried to remove it with a horse and slipe[?] but the horse fell. That portion of the field is used for grazing land.
