  2. Our Holy Wells

    In the Gap of Mamore on the road leading through Desertegney to Urris there is a holy well. Every year on the 15th of August called "Feile Muire". by the old people or "Our Lady's Day". There is a Turas or a pilgrimage to the well to which a large number from the surrounding districts take part. The Rosary and prayers are
