  1. My home district is Altaghaderry, my parish is Newtowncunningham, my Barony is Raphoe. The most common name in my district is McCallion. Some of the houses are thatched and some slated. The way Altaghaderry got its name is that it is so near Derry. Mr. and Mrs. McGillen are over 70 years of age. They don't know any Irish. I don't know whether they can tell stories or not.
