    Oh, Lord bless this bed that I am going to lie on, and bless the sleep that I am going to take. Sweet Mary my mother be thou at my head, blessed John the Apostle be thou at my feet and the dear Angel of God at my side. May Christ messenger with the Holy-oil be in time at my death to put the seal on my soul in the name of Christ Crucified.
    Print I.N.R.I. on your forehead and while printing say:-
    Jesus of Nazareth king of the Jews preserve (me) from a sudden or unprovided death, Amen.
    Form your arms in the sign of the Cross, and say
    I fold my arms in the sign of the Cross and I say to myself I must die. I do
