Stones were drawn from Dunwiley Quarry to St Mary's Church.

Stones were drawn from Dunwiley Quarry to St Mary's Church Stranorlar, and in the midst of these stones was a certain large stone which had written on it "Gold Hidden here".
The people raised this stone a little bit. Then the men left at night, and in the early part of the next morning the gold was stolen.
