    First I get a spool and cut it into two parts, cutting slant ways. Then I cut a piece of a stick about two inches long, and put a point on one end. I drive it down into the hole in the spool and leave a little bit for a person's hand to hold it when starting to spin it. Two tops may be made from one spool.
