    whose farms were run dale (sic) too. Their names were Deo Devine and She McGinley. They also had to exchange houses and property.
    Each farm had a fairly good house on it but Shan McKinley was so contrary that before he would leave his own house he tumbled it and took the stones with him.
    There used to be two bailiffs in this district. Their names were John McElhinney and Tom McAteer. John McElhinney was a bailiff over Doaghmore and Leatbeg bogs and mills until he died. Tom McAteer lost his job because he kept "Society men" and sometimes he used to sit up all night making plots.
