It is said that this graveyard is more than four hundred years old. There is a large monument in the centre of the graveyard, the top of which was blown off hundreds of years ago with a storm, and was never replaced. Many graves in the seventeenth and eighteenth century were marked by a large flag placed upon two small walls. There are about a dozen such monuments in Tully Graveyard.
