    Moon (1) At night if the sky is not clear and the moon is dim it is a sign of rain.
    Stars (1) If there is a lot of stars in the sky at night it is a sign of frost and often frost leads to rain.
    Birds (1) When a person sees a crane beside water it is a sign of rain.
    Animals (1) When a cat washes herself beside the fire it is a sign of rain.
    (2) When a dog eats grass it is a sign of rain.
    Nature (1) If the sky gets cloudy and dark it is a sign of rain.
