    ploughs. They buy the spades and ploughs.
    Before they set the potatoes they leave them to bud. then they cut them into splits and every split must have an eye.
    The neighbours nearby always help each other setting and digging. Every body has to spray his potatoes because of the blight. They dig them with diggers and spades. They store the potatoes in pits made with clay and rushes.
    The names of the potatoes are Pilots, Aran Banners, Champions, Pinks, King Edwards, Aran Victors.
    They used to make starch out of potatoes not very long ago. Potato bread is made out of flour and cooked potatoes and is called
