    The people bless themselves with the water of the well.
    It is very difficult to find this well for it is surrounded by heather. There is a heap of stones above the well and a lake below it. The people take a stone from the lake and throws it in to the heap and that is why the heap is there.

  2. There is a holy well at Massinass. Many people go to visit it. There is another holy well at Erraroey. There is a holy well at Knocknafaugher called St Colmcille's well.
