  1. There is a holy well in Ned Ward's land which lies between Roisín and Knocknafaugher. The people visit it often.
    Some people leave things behind them they leave medals buttons and money at this well.
    The name of this well is Colum Cille's, The people leave the things on a stone above the well.
    St Colum Cille left his curse in the well.
    There are no fish in it, many people put trout in it but the never lived.
    The prayers you have to say at the well are an Our Father and three Hail Mary's and the creed and then ten Hail Mary's. You can not put your hand on the well till you the prayers.
