  1. Long ago there was a game called "Boota, who's got the Boota?" All the boys sat down in a row except one boy who sat in front of the others. Then the boys who sat in a row would get a whip and they would keep passing the whip round behind them. They would call out "Boota, Boota who's got the Boota?" If the boy guessed correctly the person who had the Boota would go up instead of the other person but if he guessed wrongly he would get a hard slap with the whip.
