    Saint Colmkille's stick landed on Tory Island. The reason why the other man's stick did not go to the Island was because he put his own help before the help of God, but Saint Colmkille did not, he put God's help before his own help.

    Once upon a time there lived in Doe Castle a beautiful girl named Eileen. Eileen was Maol Morrough's daughter. A fellow from near Creevy was very fond of Eileen.
    Eileen was very fond of the man who came to see her every night. Maol Morrough came to hear of the man being so fond of Eileen. Maol Morrogh was a very cruel man and he resolved to kill Eileen's man.
