One night a man was going up above Pat Mc Daid's of Drimacanoo. He went on a little piece till suddenly, he saw a woman dressed all in white standing in the middle of a whin-bush. He wasn't the least scared. This happened about 12 years ago. - Collector

“There is a wel in Croc a toighe it was blessed by Colmcille.”
There is a well in Cloc a Toíge it was blessed by Colmcille. There was a cure for drunkard's in it, but the well is still there but there is no water in it now, but the spot still remains.Colmcille jumped from Croc a Taige down to Drimcavna, there with the track of his two knees on it.Colmcille was born in Gartan(continues on next page)
