    her out in summer and autumn.
    In spring when the ploughing comes on we join with another neighbour that has one horse, because one horse would not be able to do the ploughing alone.
    The house she is kept in is a stable and there is no other animal init but herself.
    The roof is slated, the walls are made of stone and mortar, and the floor is paved.
    She is tied along the gable and the rack she eats out of is about six feet long, three and a half feet high, and two feet wide, and it is made of timber.
    We feed her on hay, oats and turnips, and when work-
