  1. Our landlord long ago was Sir Roger Palmer. He was a protestant and he lived in Kenure Park, Co Dublin. He was a married man but had no family.
    Sir Roger Palmer's wife was a woman named Roper, but he died in the year 1911.
    Not long after his death his wife sold the property to the C D B and they gave it to the Land Commission who divided it among the people of the neighbourhood.
    Sir Roger Palmer was not a bad man and he never brought anyone to court for non-payment of the rent. He collected the rent twice a year in May and November and if his tenants had
