  1. There is a monthly held in Crossmolina and a fair every two months in Lahardane. There are cattle, pigs and sheep sold at every fair in both places.
    In Crossmolina there are two fairgreens, one situated below the Protestant Church and the other one above the Catholic church.
    There are sheep and cattle sold in the fairgreens and the pigs are sold on the street.
