    One hundered miles and more, From Kerry's rills, and sweet clad hills,
    To Youghal's silvery shore, Through many a plain and rich domain,
    And mountains not a few, where sweet "hurts" grow, beside the sloe,
    along the Avon Dubh.
    Tis hard to chose, where gifts profuse,
    by nature;s hands are made, with trees arrayed along each glade.
    And blossoms overheard, with Mallow's caves, and stately groves,
    And mansions old and new, But indicate, those beauties great
