It is thought unlucky an animal to be born at Whitsuntide.
People say there is an unlucky hour in Whit Sunday.
If a person is born at Whitsuntide he is counted unlucky. If he struck you in anger the blow would be fatal.

Saturdays flitting is a short sitting. If you give away money on Monday you will be giving it away all the week. Every day except Tuesday is lucky for putting down hatching eggs.
Do it on Monday do it for health.
