The Church pool at Inbhear Náile.
When St. Columcille was blessing the north side of the river he also said that no plague would ever cross the Eany. In later years when a havoc was among the cattle, the people used to make the cattle swim across the river. The people strongly believed that they were immune from disease on the other side of the river.
