  1. Heartburn.
    A cure for the Heart-burn is to mix half a tea spoonful of baking soda in a cup of butter-milk and drink it. In a short time you will be cured.
    Grasscuts.
    A cure for a grasscut in your foot is to get one thread of woolen yarn and tie it round the cut. Do not rip the thread. It will fall off when the cut is healed. Be sure that the thread is of Irish sheep wool.
