    Mix three spoonfuls of ground Ginger with a noggin of Gin. Bottle this into the horses.
    Another cure for Founder [?] is to gallop the horse for about a mile. When you get him back into the stable give him a drink of warm meal with a large spoonful of Ground Ginger through it. Then rub him down with a twist of straw.
