  1. One night a man named Patrick Ward was coming home from Donegal.
When he came near Tommie Bustard’s house he saw a very old black man near the house.
When he came up to the old man he disappeared into a wall.
The man ran in after him to see where he had gone. When he went to the wall there was nothing there.
He now knew that it was a ghost that he had seen.
He ran out again and the black man ran out before him. Then the ghost disappeared into a hedge.
There was always a ghost seen at this house.
