  1. Drumenny holy well
There is a holy well in the town-land of Drumenny about three miles from Donegal town.
The old people say that long ago Saint Patrick blessed this well.
There are several cures at it.
A long time ago the priest came to Walsh’s house on whose farm the well is situated and the people of the house showed him the holy well.
He told them not to draw water from it and they did as the priest ordered.
The old people still make rounds to the well.
