    The following prayer was found in the grave of our Lord in the year 1003 and was sent from the Pope to King Charles as he was going to battle, for safety. Whoever shall repeat it every day, or heard it read, or keep it about their person, shall never die a sudden death, be drowned, fall into the hands of enemies in battle, nor shall poison take effect on them. If it be read to people in great pain they shall receive instant relief
