  1. About sixty yards from Eddie Quinn’s there was a rock about two years ago, but it is not there now. In the rock there was the track of a man’s head.
It is said a Bishop and his horse were coming along and he fell off the horse and he left the track of his head in the rock. It was called “The Bishops Rock”.
About two years ago the Co. Council workmen quarried the rock and they had a lot of bother.
This is a true story. My father told it to me.
