    her neck. She went down to one of these wells and she put a drop of the water on her boil. She got a great surprise when she wakened the next morning and saw that the boil was almost clean away.

  2. My neighobour Mrs Likely has a churn. It is a very big one. There are nine hoops around it to keep the wood together. It is three and a half feet high and it is four feet wide at the bottom. It is two feet wide at the bottom. It is two feet wide at the top. Mrs Likely told me that it is eighty years old and that it was her grandfather who made it and he gave it to her as a wedding present.
    She makes butter twice every week for household use. Her churning days are Monday and Thursday. Sometimes she does have to churn three times a week.
