    One day a few years ago there was a tramp going along the road and he went into a public house in Laghey- which is a small village between the towns of Donegal and Ballyshannon. He asked the publican for a bottle of stout, and when he had it drunk he offered stamps in payment instead of money. The publican was quite willing to take the stamps, so the tramp jumped up gave three stamps on the floor and calmly walked out
