For chilblains wash them in salt and water
The cure for toothache rub butter on the gums.
The cure for heartburn drink soda and milk.
The cure for warts rub a dandelion on them.
Another cure for warts rub a snail three times for three days on them Then stick the snail on a thorn and as the snail withers the warts will wither.
For ear ache put black wool and butter in your ear.
The cure for a cough is boil some whins and strain them then add some licorice and sugar and ginger and a glass of whiskey and drink all.
