Jimmie McGroarty that lived in Drimboarty was a very good mower.

Jimmie Mc Groary that lived in Drimboarty was a very good mowster. One day he started to mow the hay at ten o'clock in the morning and he had eight cocks mowed at night. One other day a man asked four men to mow hay and he told them which ever of them would have the most mowed at night he would give him seven shillings. One of them was named O'Donnell and he had six cocks of hay mowed at night and the other three had only about four mowed. A cock of hay in those days weighed seven hundred.
