  1. The kinds of bread made in this country now are flour bread, wheaten bread, potato bread and boxty. This is how potato bread is made and eaten. Some potatoes are peeled and boiled. When they are boiled they are made into dough and some salt put on them. Some flour is mixed with the dough and it is made into a round cake and set to bake. When it is baked it is cut into parts and buttered and eaten to tea. This is how oaten bread was made. Some oat.
