A few years ago now where the minister has his house out the Erin road there were fairies.

A few years ago now where the minister has his house out the Erin road there were fairies. Every night they would come out of their little houses and play around a bunch of trees. One morning while a man was passing he began to look at a little fairy admiring her dress. Another fairy came out to the man and asked him what he was looking at. The man told him and the fairy said for him to walk on and never bother about them. The man would not go and the fair told him he would have bad luck. The man went home and told the story to his wife That night he felt ill and soon died. The wife said that if he had went on when the fairy told him he would be living now to this day.
