    The Townland of Laubin Lee is situated about two miles East of Ballyshannon.

    The Townland of LaubinLee is situated about two miles East of Ballyshannon. This townland got its name from a giant who was buried in a field in the townland. The right name of the townland is “Leaba an Laoighe” The bed of the giant. The grave of the giant is still to be seen plainly.
