    The landlord asked the man for a favour and so he instantly replied that he would give him anything if he thought it would put him and all belonging to him out of the country before ten minutes.
    If a person travelled round the estate about twenty years ago he could prove for himself that they were bad landlords because the estate was full of ruined wall steads.
