    This church is on the main road between Carrickmacross and Castleblaney.
    The church is small and is built of freestone, of the same material in the local farmhouses. It is surmounted by a bell. The walls are reinforced by buttresses. The church is approached by a flight of steps from the main road. The entrance does not face the road.
