    3-38 Home-Made Toys
Some years ago there was a man who lived in The Leinster House in Castle Street Dalkey, who could make great toys. He is dead now. He used to make all sorts of toys. Some of the toys he used to make were:- trains, horse and carts, motor cars, dolls houses and the toy furniture for them, box carts and other toys. He used to make most of the toys in such a way that the screws he put them together with, could be taken out and put back in the same places as they were. It is said that he used to sell these toys he made to big toy shops in Dublin. The mans name was Mr. Richardson. He was about 70 years of age when he died.
