    About 45 years ago there were two men fishing at the Rampart pond. They had a half glass of whiskey each, but they did not get drunk. They went up to fish in the evening. About twelve o'clock that night they saw a boat and four men rowing the boat. They heard something behind them and they looked behind and they saw nothing, but when they looked round to see where was the boat it was gone.
