  1. The Captain's Well
    The Captain's Well is situated on Saville Park. It is called the Captain's well because the Captain owned it. He was hanged on the tree near the well. A boy was going for a bucket o water on e night and fell into the well but he was saved. When he went home he was put to bed and when his mother was blind she drank the water the boy had and she could see.
    I got this story from my cousin Mr. Reilly. He is 42 years of age.
