  1. Story of the Lady's Well
Many years ago there were four or five boys playing in caves in Bullock. Suddenly they saw a long tunnel in front of them and there was a well at the top of the tunnel. They walked up the tunnel and they were frightened yet they kept on walking. At last they came to the well and suddenly a lovely lady appeared. The boys became frightened and they ran out of the tunnel and they told everybody that they had seen the Blessed Virgin. People visited the well and put medals and statues beside the well. Many people were cured of sores and diseases by the water of the well. then the well got the name 'the Lady's Well'.
