  1. There are many peculiar words used in bargaining around this district.
    If a man gave away a horse for a motor car they would say "He swoped".
    In selling, if the buyer will not give what the seller wants, they say "We will split the difference".
    If a seller and buyer is arguing for a long time when making a bargain and when they finish, the buyer says "Is it done at that".
    If a person gets anything without paying for it, they say "He got it on tick or he is on strap".
    If a person is buying anything and gives back some of the money they call it "Luck money".
    When a person buys a cow the seller of the cow says "May you have the best of luck with her now."
    When a person gives a low price for anything they say "Has he muck dough".
