  1. There are many marriage customs around this distric(t.)
An old slipper is tied at the of the car in which the bride is travelling to the Church.
    This is done for luck.
Very few people around this district go on their honey-moon but they have a dance instead on night of wedding, and the bride has a wedding cake and she cuts it and distributes some to all her friends.
Some people like to marry on a Wednesday they think that it is a very lucky day for marrying.
The bride never marries in green because this colour is is the sign of grief.
Years ago the girl's parents used to have to give her money to start her home.
Marry in yellow you are ashamed of your fellow marry in green you are afraid to be seen, marry in blue you are sure to be true.
